As of Thursday morning, over 2,000 individuals had reported problems with Capital One's banking services, according to Down Detector, a platform that monitors technological disruptions.
"Many of us have bills to settle and groceries to purchase. Please keep us informed," one customer expressed on social media in a message aimed at Capital One’s customer service account on X, as reported by CBS News.
Capital One has stated that it is actively addressing the situation, as noted by USA Today.
